Eynsford Concert Band tour of Malta – 8th and 13th April 2024
Eynsford Concert Band first visited Malta in 1986 and this will be our 6th tour to the island. Over the years, the band has performed in Valetta, Sliema and Gozo and has formed a close relationship with the Imperial Band Mellieha.
We are one of the UK’s leading symphonic wind ensembles that has been based in the small UK village of Eynsford since 1972. The band has 50 playing members from all over the Southeast of England and, in 2016, we were proud to have been the first band to represent the UK at the European Championship for Wind Orchestras. In 2022 we celebrated our 50th Anniversary.
We are thrilled to be back to further strengthen our bond of friendship with Malta and hope you can join us for a series of concerts that will include music from film, theatre and some popular classics.
